What is ManaSpace?
ManaSpace is a mental wellness practice and evolving mental health tech platform dedicated to supporting mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I combine evidence-based therapy with preventive mental health strategies and tools to help you feel calm, confident, and emotionally resilient.
Who do you work with?
We primarily support expectant and new mothers, parents navigating early parenthood, and women experiencing anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm during major life transitions. We also welcome individuals outside of motherhood who seek personal growth or help with mental health challenges.
Do I need to be a mother to work with ManaSpace?
Not at all. While maternal mental health is my specialty, I work with anyone looking to improve emotional awareness, manage stress and anxiety, or navigate life transitions.

What types of therapy do you offer?
I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, mindfulness-based approaches, Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based modalities tailored to your needs.
How are sessions structured?
A typical session includes:
Check-in to understand your current needs and goals for the session.
Targeted intervention such as grounding, reframing, or micro-protocols based on the goal(s).
Practical tools like strategies, prompts, or mindfulness exercises you can use immediately.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I provide both in-person sessions in Singapore and online therapy sessions worldwide.
How long is a therapy session?
Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes. Shorter “booster” sessions are available for returning clients.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies. Some clients see improvement in 3–5 sessions, while others prefer ongoing support for deeper changes.
