Mission
Hi, I’m Kruthi Sreesha (MSPS), a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Maternal Mental Wellness advocate.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing is both a scientific and deeply human journey. I'm a Psychologist with an integrative approach to therapy that honors both evidence-based practice and the innate wisdom of every individual.
Before transitioning into full-time therapy, I spent nearly six years working in Product Design within the tech industry, where I developed a deep understanding of human behavior, emotional design, and the unseen mental load that many silently carry. Today, I combine that insight with clinical expertise to offer personalized care for mothers and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.
I’m especially passionate about maternal mental health and the inner transformations that accompany pregnancy and early motherhood which I have been very much a part of, spaces that are often left unsupported. I offer a safe and nurturing space where you can be seen, heard, and guided back to your own strength, calm, and clarity.
My journey has taken me from India to United States to now calling Singapore home, where I live with my husband and two boys. Each chapter has shaped how I hold space with cultural sensitivity, warmth, and deep respect for your lived experience.
ManaSpace was born from a vision: to create a mental wellness space that feels both grounded and expansive, where healing is accessible and deeply empowering bringing together the wisdom of the heart and richness of the mind. Whether you're a new mother or simply ready to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you, gently and with the pace that feels right to you.
